I started doing affirmations a few years ago.

When I first heard about it, it sounded like a magic spell. You just state what you want to happen, then it just happens. Unfortunately, many people have tried it but it didn’t work for them.

I didn’t know how special their nest was for their babies. To make it, Daddy Eagle picks up sturdy twigs and sharp thorns to build this special home. But to make the nest comfortable, he’ll cover the twigs and thorns with soft grass.  And here’s the amazing part: Mommy Eagle will pluck her own feathers from her breast! She’ll place them on the nest for added warmth and softness.

Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from Jesse James and is adopting a baby boy as a single parent. “Yes, I have filed for divorce,” the Oscar winner told People. “I’m sad, and I am scared.” James and Bullock separated in March after reports that the celebrity motorcycle builder and reality-TV star had been very, very unfaithful. Reacting to the divorce filing, James called Bullock “the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go.”
