Mayweather Jr. vs Mosley

The boxing game event between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Sugar Shane Mosley has just ended. It was held last Saturday, May 1, 2010 (at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada and attended by various boxers and celebrities.

The boxing fight was sparked by excitement as these two great boxing fighters threw punches to each other during the first few rounds of the game.

Edwin Valero’s Death

valero's death Valencia, Carbobo, Venezuela (AHN) – Former boxing champion Edwin Valero, suspected of killing his wife, committed suicide in a Venezuelan jail Monday, a day after being arrested, according to police. The death of Valero, 28, a former WBA Super Featherweight champion and former WBC Lightweight champion, is the fourth suicide in boxing in the past year.

According to reports and local media outlets, Valero used his own clothing to hang himself in his cell.  Federal Police Chief Wilmer Flores reportedly indicated that the Venezuelan knockout artist still showed signs of life when they took him down, (continue reading…)

Pacquiao vs. Clottey

Everybody is ready for the Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey bout this Saturday evening(US)/ Sunday morning(Phils).  A native of Ghana who is preparing for a March 13 challenge for the WBO welterweight (147 pounds) crown held by seven-division champion, Manny Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs), Joshua Clottey (35-3, 20 knockouts) of the Bronx, N.Y.  Manny Pacquiao will be at Cowboys Stadium to defend the WBO world welterweight title.
