Noynoy Aquino leading in Philippines presidential polls

| The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Sen. Noynoy Aquino, son of former President Corazon Aquino, had about 40% of the vote with 38% of ballots counted. Millions of Filipinos have been voting for a president, vice-president and more than 17,000 other official posts.
Voting was marred by the deaths of at least six people in political violence. Joseph “Erap” Estrada had about 25.76% of the vote, said Comelec chair Jose Melo, and property tycoon Manny Villar was trailing in third with just under 14%. Mr Melo said about 75% of the more than 50 million registered voters in the country had cast a ballot. |

Worst Experience in Philippine Election 2010

My previous experiences during Philippine election was just okay, may it be local or national election. But this years Philippine election is quiet tiring and hassle experience I have ever encountered since the time I started voting.
My family and I goes to the Ramon Duterte School here in Cebu where our precinct is located so we could cast our vote there. We usually be on the site early in the morning, like the previous elections we’re there around 8:20 in the morning. We just walk from the house to the precinct because there are less Jeepneys (transport vehicle use in the country) running this time of the year and another reason it just a 2 to 3 kilometer distance from the house to the precinct so we decided to walk.
